| Each apartment is gas centrally heated and fully self-contained, having lounge/diner with colour T.V., separate kitchen or kitchen area with full size electric cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and automatic kettle, ample crockery and utensils.
All bedrooms have modern spring interior beds, with duvets and bed linen supplied, and having ample wardrobe and drawer space.
Bed linen, hot water and central heating for those cooler months is supplied free of charge. Electricity for cooking etc., is by slot meter.
A pay-phone and parking facilities are provided on the premises.

Entrance hall. Bedroom (1) double and single bed with balcony. Bedroom (2) double bed. Lounge with open-plan kitchen/diner. Shower and toilet. Magnificent views across Torbay from balcony in the lounge in this apartment. Sleeps 4/6 persons.
APARTMENT No. 5 – Ground & Lower Ground Floor
A luxury appointed very comfortable 3 bedroomed apartment with some sea views. Sleeps up to 8 persons.
Entrance hall. Spacious elegant lounge and dining area with balcony and sea views. Superb appointed kitchen with double electric oven/grill, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc., sea peeps.
Shower room with toilet and hand basin. Bedroom (1) double bed, ample wardrobe and drawer space. Stairs down to Bedroom (2) very spacious with double and cabin bed, 4 double fitted wardrobes and ample drawer space. Bedroom (3) double sofa bed with single bed over. Luxury Bathroom with toilet, hand basin and electric shower.
NOTE: Remote colour TV and video recorder is installed in lounge. Portable remote colour TV’s are installed in the bedrooms.
Terms quoted are fully inclusive of all bed linen, hot water and central heating for those cooler months.
