25% deposit required, and all cheques made payable to R & A Gilmour. Balance due five weeks prior to arrival by cheque or postal order, if booking within five weeks of your arrival the whole payment is required.

CANCELLATIONS- Should you have to cancel your reservation, the proprietors will endeavour to re-let the apartment and if successful will return your deposit less £15 administration expenses. If unable to re-let the apartment the whole of the balance will become payable, whatever the reason for cancellation.

Health & Safety, There is no smoking allowed in the building.
