Larger
apartments may be offered at reduced rates for occupancy
by 2 persons but only when a 1 bedroom apartment is not
available.
THE ABOVE TERMS INCLUDE: - Hot water to kitchens hand basins, lighting and central heating for those cooler months. All bed linen, and beds made up ready for your arrival.
Cots and high chairs can be hired at £10 per week respectively.
25% deposit required, and cheques payable to A & R Gilmour. Balance due three weeks prior to arrival by cheque or postal order.
CANCELLATIONS: - Should you have to cancel your reservation,
the proprietors will endeavour to re-let the flat and if successful will return
your deposit less £15 administration expenses. If unable to re-let the flat the
whole of the balance will become payable, whatever the reason for cancellation.
You are therefore advised to take our cancellation insurance. A proposal form
will be sent to you on receipt of you deposit.
